Best Volvo dealership in the West. Billings MT comes in 2nd. Fresno CA was the worst by far, beating out the previous Las Vegas dealership in a close fight for the worst ever. My impression was that both the appointment setter (Lauren) and service advisor (Kenny) made light on the issue my newly-acquired vehicle was experiencing.
