The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I know now that I should have gotten everything in writing. Prior to this visit I had taken my 2020 3500 truck in for its first oil change and tire r I know now that I should have gotten everything in writing. Prior to this visit I had taken my 2020 3500 truck in for its first oil change and tire rotation. We had driven the truck home to rockport. A few days later, my husband left Rockport to go to Kerrville. He had been driving at about 75 mph and noticed a thumping sound upon arrival in Pleasanton , he thought maybe he had a flat so he pulled over to check his tires, and discovered that only one lug nut was holding one set his dually tires. This could have cost my husband his life. I believe in giving everyone a second chance so when we had a sensor malfunction, we took it to the dealer before the warranty expired. We were told that the part would be ordered, and installed at a later date as the dealer was busy with recalls. When they notified us that the part was in to fix the truck. We took our truck in on October 3 they acted like they didn’t know what was going on and had no idea about the part being ordered. So they wanted to charge me over 500 dollars for the repair which I declined as it should have covered if they had ordered the part like they said they would. So I decided to take my truck elsewhere but they would only let me have it if I paid 193 dollars for a diagnostic test that had already been done prior to our returning to the dealership. So I very seldom use the word never but I will never use this dealership or their service department ever again. We will be taking all our vehicles elsewhere for any future service required More
