Was told ok to turn my leased car in early but it was never mentioned that I would still have to pay remaining lease even though I started a new lease with the same Kia finance so turned in my car. Now never mentioned that I would still have to pay remaining lease even though I started a new lease with the same Kia finance so turned in my car. Now I’m paying on two leases and one on a car I don’t even have. I was taken advantage of and now in Financial trouble as I’m paying two leases for two cars but only have one car. Just a complete horrible experience and will never trust this dealer again. The dealer does not return my calls as I have tried several times to resolve this with them. I spoke with finance and everyone I spoke with says they don’t know what I’m talking about and will call me back but never do. Spoke with Kia finance and they said this is the dealers fault More
