My 8 year old Kia Soul was having engine problems, took it in to Kia Garden Grove for service. Luis the manager mentioned I may have a warranty left since I was the original owner. The tech ran diagnostic it in to Kia Garden Grove for service. Luis the manager mentioned I may have a warranty left since I was the original owner. The tech ran diagnostics and Kia approved the warranty. I was offered a loaner while my engine was replaced. Every potential cost was explained in case the warranty was not honored.
