This dealership does not update status's on your vehicles. You will go weeks without a response or answer on anything. When you call in about a vehicle, they have no clue what’s going on. They will vehicles. You will go weeks without a response or answer on anything. When you call in about a vehicle, they have no clue what’s going on. They will leave you on hold for over 10 mins, just to come back on and tell you they will have to call you back but they never do. I have spoke with management several times and we are now to the point of not returning to Lawton. It’s going to take a lot to keep our business. This dealership used to have great service but it’s gone way down hill. More
