Jerry Hunt did not clean the interior of the vehicle as requested. The side step on the truck was broken. Front cameras and sensors didn’t work. Jerry Hunt did not give me temporary license plates as re requested. The side step on the truck was broken. Front cameras and sensors didn’t work. Jerry Hunt did not give me temporary license plates as requested. I requested to have my licenses transferred. The dealership should understand that this isn’t an instantaneous process. The DMV specifically said this process can take 4-6 weeks. Why does the Jerry Hunt finance department think that they don’t need to send the paper work to the DMV?? Finance department does not return calls. Finance department picks up the phone and immediately puts you back on hold. I will never buy another vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter again. I will never recommend anyone else to buy a vehicle from Jerry Hunt Supercenter. The only recommendation I will make is to stay far away from this place! There are three good things about Jerry Hunt Supercenter. Khalid Young was great to work with, the service department is great to work with, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. More
