Jordan was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We test drove the Sequoia thoroughly with Jordan and he was beyond patient and supportive of all our questions and concerns. Once we instantly decided we wanted to proceed with the purchase, he kindly walked us over to the finance department where we met with Will Smith who was great! Easy to work with, explained the purchasing process and made us feel 100% at ease. I’ve been to a lot of car dealerships. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. It was refreshing to not feel like it was a high pressure or overwhelming experience. Jordan was the best. He called right at 8:00am the next morning to check in and make sure we were 100% happy with our investment.
