MY TOTAL DOING IT MYSELF $269 FOR RADIATOR, THERMOSTAT AND ANTIFREEZE. I STOPPED GOING HER WHEN CRYSTAL OWNED IT THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER SHOT THEY RAISED ALL THE PRICES 5X WHAT IS WAS THEN TRY TO JUSTIFY IT BY LYING TO YOUR FACE WHEN YOU CALL THEM OUT. I am only reviewing the service department. My advisor (Mike S who is absolutely wonderful) was ill on the day of my appointment. Lacks communication and uninformed of warranty covered even though Jeep is less than 3 years old and was informed of this. If I hadn’t said something at the time of informing me of cost the bill would have been more than 500 dollars more. Did not receive coupon price for oil change. More
