Had my car a week for an air condition repair. First they said they had the parts, then they didn't have the parts. On the 6th day, Melissa called to say that the car was done, then called back First they said they had the parts, then they didn't have the parts. On the 6th day, Melissa called to say that the car was done, then called back a few minutes later and said it was not done. All issues were unapologetically "out of her control" and there were no loaner cars available. When I went to pick up the car after being told it was done, I could not find either Melissa or my car. (They were still working on my car an hour after I was told it was done.) More

Mechanic improperly rotated tires on dually truck damaging rims by putting on backwards in wrong positions. Dealership “Rim guy” tried to fix, only to damage them more. Service Manager and General Ma damaging rims by putting on backwards in wrong positions. Dealership “Rim guy” tried to fix, only to damage them more. Service Manager and General Manager (without even looking) claim damage is not from dealership but rock damage. Dealership refuses to rectify situation and GM avoids talking to customer.
