Had my car a week for an air condition repair. First they said they had the parts, then they didn't have the parts. On the 6th day, Melissa called to say that the car was done, then called back First they said they had the parts, then they didn't have the parts. All issues were unapologetically "out of her control" and there were no loaner cars available. When I went to pick up the car after being told it was done, I could not find either Melissa or my car. Mechanic improperly rotated tires on dually truck damaging rims by putting on backwards in wrong positions. Dealership “Rim guy” tried to fix, only to damage them more.
