This is my 6th car that I have purchased from this dealership and never had any issues with them. Mechanic improperly rotated tires on dually truck damaging rims by putting on backwards in wrong positions. Dealership “Rim guy” tried to fix, only to damage them more. Service Manager and General Ma damaging rims by putting on backwards in wrong positions. Dealership “Rim guy” tried to fix, only to damage them more. Service Manager and General Manager (without even looking) claim damage is not from dealership but rock damage. Dealership refuses to rectify situation and GM avoids talking to customer. Extremely disappointed with Salesman Andy, Financer Troy and Mike over in service. We purchased 2 vehicles with them, one in September which went great, so we returned for the 2nd in October. First hiccup c and Mike over in service. We purchased 2 vehicles with them, one in September which went great, so we returned for the 2nd in October. First hiccup came when the 2nd car was going to be $75 more a month than Andy had told us, Troy began explaining the extra was due to the bumper to bumper warranty and gap insurance. Understandable unfortunately, but definitely wanted complete bumper to bumper warranty exactly like the 1st car we purchased a month early. Troy was specifically asked that it was bumper to bumper exactly like the first contract, he looked both of us and confirmed yes. The major problem came when we brought the 2nd car in with a nail in the wall. Upon check-in they said the tire needed replaced due to location. Awesome, proceeded to wait an hour just to be told we did not have tire coverage on the 2nd car, said we purchase EVERYTHING but the tires care on 2nd care. The 1st care had tire care, just not the 2nd even though we repeatedly asked they have the exact same coverage and asked Troy that everything that could happen to it is covered. When I explained this Mike in service said did me a favor and plugged the hole. You did me a favor by putting me back on the road with a tire you initially said needed replaced? Sir I know you think that was a favor but would you have put a plug in your spouse or child car that needed replaced and call it a favor? I appreciate that YOU though you were helping me out and I shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth, but this entire situation with this dealership has been them telling you they are doing you a favor while they are being untruthful and just placating you at the moment. Mike you didn't even check if I wanted the plug or if I would have bought a new tire if offered, you simply made a choice, a choice that rushed me out as quick as you could hoping Id think it was a favor. Please communicate with customers and ask them what they want done if you can't make good on the initial agreement, I would have let you know I before you patched it that I needed a replacement due to my driving contract with my employer. Unfortunately you never asked you just did what you decided was a favor and waisted my time and your. We returned to speak with Troy, who's answer to why we didn't have the tire package when we specifically asked him that everything was exactly the same as 1st contract bumper to bumper, he said he didn't remember conversations from October and was sorry but yes just the 2nd car was without JUST tire protection, Troy you know you didnt check and just told us what we wanted to hear to get a sale, you realized it was odd that just that one thing was missing and you got rather quiet today and even called us after we left the dealership feeling extremely gaslighted by all of you and said maybe the boss would see if there was anything to be done since you didn't want to lose a customer over a $500 protction plan. Its not about $500 Troy, its about poor customer service and the entire dealerships professionalism. Very disappointing customer service all around. We will be taking our business right back to down John Reese at the Ferman dealership where they actually value their customers with trust and great customer service. Unlike Andy, Troy and Mike who have lost customers and any future recommendations. More

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone! The car dealer Andy did not tell me that the car I bought was in an accident! The tow truck driver that picked up my old car noticed it!
