I'm so happy I went through Lexus San Diego, especially because of Jadon! I went to look for a car back two years ago when I met Jadon. I didn't need a car, but I wanted a car. Ultimately I decided not to because of Jadon! I went to look for a car back two years ago when I met Jadon. I didn't need a car, but I wanted a car. Ultimately I decided not to buy a car at that time for external factors. Jadon was extremely understanding of that. Now, almost two years later after going to over 20 dealerships, I went back Lexus San Diego simply because of the service I received with Jadon. He was helpful, didn't try to upsell me, but gave did give it to me straight on what he'd recommend (like the extended warranty). My buying process was easy and hassle-free. Hopefully I wont' need another car soon, but if I do then I'll be going back to Jadon at Lexus San Diego. Thanks again Lexus and Jadon!! More

I was ready to buy a car from this dealership. Not browsing—ready to move forward. I asked to complete the purchase remotely. When I explained that I have a disability that makes long periods of sitting difficult, the response I received was unacceptable. I was told to “come in or pass.” I was told I could “take an Uber.” And my disability was called a “lame excuse.” No solution. No alternative. No effort to accommodate. Just a flat refusal and a tone that felt dismissive and humiliating. What makes this worse is that this dealership advertises services like remote purchasing and delivery. In reality, I was told there was “no way” they would do that for me, that it would not be approved, and that was the end of it. Read that again: I was ready to buy, and the response was “come in or pass.” My disability was called a “lame excuse,” and I was told they would not accommodate it. If you or someone you care about has a disability, pay attention. This is how I was treated after disclosing it. I have preserved the communications and filed formal complaints with the California DMV (Investigations Division) and the California Civil Rights Department. Those cases are active. I expected a straightforward purchase. What I got instead was dismissal, disrespect, and zero accountability—from the salesperson, Sales Manager A. Soliman, and the store’s General Manager, Gary Palmer. More
