10K service provided on an all electric vehicle. Paperwork indicated 1) that the vehicle would be washed, and 2) summary of the visit would be sent. As has been par for the course with Lexus in re Paperwork indicated 1) that the vehicle would be washed, and 2) summary of the visit would be sent. As has been par for the course with Lexus in recent years, neither of those things took place. We have been loyal to Lexus not only because of the vehicles we have owned but because the customer service was exemplary when we purchased our first Lexus in the 1990's. But something as simple as vacuuming carpets and washing the outside no longer takes place. Do I know whether they did all of the other things expected in this service visit? More
