Purchased my first rx350 from Lexus San Diego 15 years ago, and I returned recently to upgrade to the 2026 rx350h. Lexus San Diego had the most inventory so the best selection, and I was able to get the e ago, and I returned recently to upgrade to the 2026 rx350h. Lexus San Diego had the most inventory so the best selection, and I was able to get the exact color combo I wanted below msrp. Nebil was my salesperson. He was polite and helpful throughout the process, never pushy. Only thing I didn't like was that they added “options” that weren’t really optional like paint protection film, door jam protectors and tint. These features were said to be added to all of their vehicles, and at a premium, so not really l optional. More

The Dealership let us buy a car with no down payment! Also their service is excellent! By the way this the third Lexus we bought from them starting in 1991 with a brand new LS-400; In 2001 a Lexus RX 300 Also their service is excellent! Hamzah was amazing and worked extremely hard for me during the entire car buying experience. He even pulled the chair out for me to sit in at his desk. Who does that anymore?? Omar kept me in the loop about the status of the vehicle before I headed to the dealership, Keith in finance was able to get me out the door quickly knowing I had to go to work and it was raining (traffic nightmare) and Mr. Aguayo who gave me the technology lesson the following day was super knowledgeable.
