Supposedly scheduled for oil change tire rotation and new wiper blades. when I got there told that it was my check in time. 3 1/2 hours later finally got out of the waiting room and into my car. Got home and wiper blades. when I got there told that it was my check in time. 3 1/2 hours later finally got out of the waiting room and into my car. Got home and found a recall notice from Hyundai telling me to park my car outside, away from buildings because the trailer hitch installed by the dealer could start fire. Not one mention of this at the dealership, In addition was told that if someone came in before me and wanted to add things they come first. Rating work poor since they did not inform me of recall and could have disconnected the hitch wiring to safeguard myself and the vehicle. More

Service and customer service has improved significantly from my prior visit. The staff was knowledgeable about the specifics of my service warranty. In prior visits they were clueless as to what was part o from my prior visit. The staff was knowledgeable about the specifics of my service warranty.
