The salesman (Chad) and the finance manager (John) were great. There were a couple frustrating things that were out of their control. The market based pricing/no negotiation kinda stinks. Not a fan. All things considered it went better than expected. Usually the dealership has time to clean up a used car but we came unexpectedly after a short time of them receiving it. Knowing that we were interested but still we put no money down and yet they held off showing it to other potential buyers patiently waiting for us to make our minds up! That in itself was a blessing! They were courteous and respectful and they didn’t pressure us at all into buying. They were able to get the car we wanted to their dealership quickly and took care of us on the day we picked up the c pressure us at all into buying.
