The Service department is above and beyond other locations. I usually stay at the dealer and wait when my Jeep needs service. Dwayne takes the time to explain, in a no pressure way, that other servi locations. I usually stay at the dealer and wait when my Jeep needs service. I love being able to get the multi point inspection report, letting me know what I may need in the future. The waiting area is very nice and quiet. I also wanted to mention the service tech Zack Phillips, Providence Auto’s sends a video along with suggested repairs, etc. He spoke clearly and concisely.
