Had my new truck in to have runner board steps and a spray in bed liner installed. Made appointment for 4pm which was perfect for my work day. Received a call asking me bring it at 8am to give time for spray in bed liner installed. Made appointment for 4pm which was perfect for my work day. Received a call asking me bring it at 8am to give time for bed liner to cure asked if there was a way to get a ride home because I only have the truck they said there was a shuttle. Perfect. Brought it at 8 asked Josh about getting a ride home and I patently waited 45 minutes for an answer. After that he told me the shuttle was 45 minutes out. I told him I needed to get home to work. He found a driver and took me home. At 3pm I received an update that the bed liner would not be installed until the second shift came in and would available the next day. I asked for a rental car and a ride back. Josh worked tirelessly to find a driver and eventually picked me up himself. The next day I texted at noontime for an update and Josh told me it would be done in the afternoon. I received a call from him at 3 saying it wasn’t done but he was trying get a hold of the other shop for an update. By 8:30 that evening I finally received my truck back. Not to thrilled with how long it took but Josh made every attempt to keep me informed and made it less stressful. Bed liner and steps look great but I am not happy that there is a gritty over spray on the back passenger side door and on the roof. Trying to figure out how to get it removed. If I didn’t live so close to McCluskeys and not had an excellent experience when I bought the truck I probably would go somewhere else for future service. More

I got my car from Online. Cars through McCluskey. I was approved for financing I win the first vehicle didn’t work out for me. I would recommend McCluskey Chevrolet and Tony Belfonte to any of my friends. I’ve never been treated with more respect and kindness than I was at McCluskey.
