I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment to repair a differential fluid leak. Arriving at 9:55 AM, an annoyed service associate immediately told me they couldn't even look at my vehicle that day. Why schedule an appointment at all? Furthermore, they charge a non-refundable $189 "drop-off fee" that does not go toward your actual repair costs. To make matters worse, when I picked up my vehicle two and a half days later, they tacked on an extra $30 fee simply because I didn't pay my $1,000+ bill in physical cash. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

I knew I was going to like Christopher the moment I met him. He’s relatively new to the sales staff but still impressed me by his knowledge, enthusiasm and willingness to work with me in on my Raptor and him.
