I made my appt a week early so I could have an 8:00 appointment. It was for an oil change and a software update. At 10:00 I called the dealership to check on my vehicle because I needed it. Had to leav appointment. It was for an oil change and a software update. At 10:00 I called the dealership to check on my vehicle because I needed it. Had to leave a voicemail. Was never returned. Called back at 11:15 did get a hold of someone. Was advise the truck was still not finished. I worked in service and I know it does not take that long to complete a service and update. Was told it would be about an hour longer. At 2:30 I finally received the call the Yukon was ready. So unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership for service. More

Forgot to hook the fuel neck funnel back up which left myself and family stranded at a gas station and missed a wedding . Was able to speak with hunter on Monday and he was quick to handle the situation, myself and family stranded at a gas station and missed a wedding .
