Great experience on every level. I originally went into Grand Ledge Ford with the intentions of getting an idea what the new Ford F-150 was like. I knew I was in the market and I also I originally went into Grand Ledge Ford with the intentions of getting an idea what the new Ford F-150 was like. I knew I was in the market and I also knew GLF had a large selection of trucks in stock with all different trim levels. Needless to say, I was in the market for a nice new truck. My family and I walked in and were met by Josh Preston, a sales associate, who offered us something cool to drink, a few chairs, and a listening ear to access my needs. Mr. Preston wrote down a comprehensive list of wants vs. needs vs. reality and gave me a few options that hit all the highs and lows. He took the time to show me the vehicles that were in my price range and also gave me a few options that were unknown to me, even though I had done a lot of homework on the subject of the Ford F-150. At the end of the day, I had a truck that I was in love with and a buying experience I was pretty proud of. Its pretty evident that the sales staff that I was involved with at Grand Ledge Ford has a lot of pride for their products. Its also pretty clear that the only thing that eclipses that pride is seeing a completely satisfied customer drive their new F-150 while wearing an ear to ear grin. More

Krista Dayton in service was great to work with as well! Chad in parts made sure the parts needed for repairs were available quickly which help things go smoothly. We also worked with Laura Jordan in finance who not only helped us pick out the right warranty for our needs but stayed late to complete our purchase so we could drive our new car that weekend, Rob also stayed late to make sure everything went well. The whole team at Grand Ledge Ford made this a great experience. I would not buy a Ford any where else. More
