I visited their well lit indoor lot/showroom to see the car I found online. I met Chris Gomez in the sales office, he showed me to the car I seen online, my son I looked at it and decided it just wasn’t the right one. That’s where Chris stepped in and asked a few more detailed questions and found my family our next vehicle in a matter of minutes. That is not where this story ends, that is just the beginning. During the test drive I had mentioned to Chris that something just wasn’t right with the car, that’s when Chris stepped in and got my issue resolved. He promised to do it the next day and he did deliver his promise. We will go again soon to buy another car and will speak with Amado. The manager who is in charge of pricing told us they don't negotiate prices which is not true. I would avoid talking with him the next time coz he lost my trust. More
