The service person was courteous and friendly and very patient in explaining (more than once) the recalls and other issues he noticed with my vehicle. The service I did have to pay for (a recall that was covered to 100,000 miles; unfortunately I was over that) seemed pricey, but it is what it is. He applied no pressure for additional work, which I appreciated. He seemed to be a very knowledgeable individual. A pleasant experience overall. More

Best Car Purchase Transaction I Ever Had! Pleasantly surprised! I am like all of you who have been through the hassles and weasel tactics of car dealers/dealerships over the years, so believe Pleasantly surprised! I am like all of you who have been through the hassles and weasel tactics of car dealers/dealerships over the years, so believe me, I was on guard. I have had enough bad experiences to write a book. I must say that this was the best car purchase experience I ever had. Steve is a good guy, a family man who has heart. He was totally honest and up front, never pushy and never giving me one liners. Because I drive a lot, I had a couple of requirements. I also work seven days a week and do not have tons of time. I called and stated what I would like and when I would be in. Steve pulled cars aside so when I arrived, a small fleet of cars was waiting for me to test drive. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful. Negotiating a price was fair and not painful. The rest of the staff was kind and made me comfortable. Great hospitality. Steve also had a great deal of patience. Because I tutor and do motivational speaking/book signings, I have TONS of books of all subjects in my car, as well as paperwork and folders. The transfer of my materials from the old to new car took time, and Steve stayed way past closing to make sure all was set up. He even set up the transfer inside, pulling both cars into the garage so I would not have to move things in the bitter cold and wind. Finally, a dealership I can trust! More
