Could have provided car mats. They didn't get me a better insurance quote. Finance person was friendly. Overall good deal but I wasn't happy with customer service... lack of people skills. More

Bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue and my salesman was excellent I went to a few places in search of a used Nissan Rogue. I saw a great deal on CarGurus that led me to Exton, Nissan. I reached out and gave my name a I went to a few places in search of a used Nissan Rogue. I saw a great deal on CarGurus that led me to Exton, Nissan. I reached out and gave my name and number and the next business day I heard back from Ivana Samsonova from the business development center. I asked Ivana what the total price of the vehicle including dealership fees would be and she got back to me almost instantaneously with an email of the vehicle price breakdown. I then scheduled a test drive for that day. As soon as I walked in the door Sal Capano my salesman was there to greet me. We sat down and he asked me a couple of questions and shortly after I test drove the car. Sal did a great job and tried to do everything as quickly as possible but along the way would stop for any questions I had. Sal was very patient with me during the entire process (as I had several questions since this was the first time purchasing a vehicle on my own) and helped me to the best of his ability. When I came back to pick up my car the insurance process took a little longer than expected but Sal tried to handle everything else that needed to be done since there was a long wait. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others; And if you are given the choice I would choose Sal Capano to be your salesman. Thank You Exton Nissan and Thank You Sal!! More
