Bad experience I was able to get my car but they didn't value a discount coupon from their website because the car was at it's lowest price. Now my salesman was nice I was able to get my car but they didn't value a discount coupon from their website because the car was at it's lowest price. Now my salesman was nice but he was limited on what he could do to help, but I had to deal with paying extra for things I didnt want. Unfortunately the dealership says, they have Lojack on all their vehicles and when you get to financing you are expected to pay for it or no deal. There are other items like Dent repair that they try to sell you and say it is recommended but I said no.. and then they have some security stickers for theft that they weren't willing to budge on and charge for. Lastly, when car was given there were no floormats or a 2nd key available for the car. More

Buyer I spent 7 hrs here trying to buy this jeep. That's way to much time. I told them what I can spend and he just ignored that. Ripped off Cost me $120 to get my radio diagnosed I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado my right side speakers come on and off intermediately they said they all had to b Cost me $120 to get my radio diagnosed I have a 2007 Chevy Silverado my right side speakers come on and off intermediately they said they all had to be replaced and that the wiring is all bad speakers work fine they come on intermittently they're working right now on their own it's probably just a loose wire and the sales rep he never came to the phone to tell me what was wrong it was someone else that had nothing about the diagnosis ripped off had I have let them replace the speakers they would have replaced good parts rip off More

A'right Initial arrival and sale... good. Two days later we brought them the check,not good. Poor service just two days after spending $26,000. During the Initial arrival and sale... good. Two days later we brought them the check,not good. Poor service just two days after spending $26,000. During the sale day (6 long hours) they were attentive, kind, interested, kept making sure we never felt dropped for any length of time. Two days later we brought in the entire car amount via check from Credit Union because the rate was better... we sat at a table for 30 minutes before anyone came to us AT ALL. Then we were left at the table 2 different times up to 10 minutes each... abrupt, rude, done. Meanwhile, the place was FULL of sales agents.. one other customer whom actually may have been a wife of a sales agent. They walked back and forth, no engagement, not check in, nothing. Incredibly rude and with each moment passing I felt more and more snowed. We are now TWO weeks out and still awaiting the additional key fob promised. No call, no status update... just incessant emails to "WRITE A REVIEW" through automated email system. Disappointing at best. More

They went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car and were incredibly helpful and kind all throughout the paperwork process. Finding a car previously was extremely stressful especially with my husband being done due to military orders but this dealership was awesome and made it fun and easy! I can’t thank them enough for how far they were willing to go to make my experience very great! Will only be using this dealership to buy our future cars. More
