Timely and Awesome. I have been dealing with Falconi since 2007 when I bought my Suzuki SX4. The service has always been terrific. Craig Winnie is always friendly and h I have been dealing with Falconi since 2007 when I bought my Suzuki SX4. The service has always been terrific. Craig Winnie is always friendly and helpful if I have questions. I am disappointed that Falconi no longer repairs Suzuki's and when I need a repair this year I had to take it to Wright's in Wexford. I was very disappointed with the service I received there. And I miss the annual Christmas Bears. More

Best service ever! Some of you may have the opinion that dealerships may cost more...but you really get what you pay for..I have in my younger days needed to save money Some of you may have the opinion that dealerships may cost more...but you really get what you pay for..I have in my younger days needed to save money here and there..get your car fixed for a cheaper amount and have to wait 2-3 days for them to get to it...no enertaining courtesy shuttle to and from if you need one...no updates and no courtesy car wash...I am looking to buy another Hyundai soon and just keep passing mine to my kids..and as long as the service is this good will continue to do so...just luv the service at Moon Twp Hyundai!!! More
