I had an 8:00am appointment, first thing so I could get in an out, for an oil change and tire rotation. At 10, I went to the service desk to see what was taking so long and they were just finishing up. 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation? Really? Also, the service area waiting room was freezing! Had to keep my coat on and zippered! I know it was cold out but still! How about some heat in there for loyal customers! The sales floor was nice and toasty! More
