My Cadillac experience My search for a Cadillac XTS was a long process that took approximately 8 months to finally get the car I wanted. I live in Indianapolis, Indiana and I thought the process would be easy. At first I looked at dealerships in my area. Then online up to 50 miles away. Quickly my search went to 100 miles, then 200, then 500, and finally nationwide while still looking locally because I knew what I wanted and it had to be available. My search then took me to Charles Boyd where I had contact with Diane Asher. She was so attentive to my needs and followed up with all my questions. The next step was to FaceTime with Diane so she could show me the car and all options the car had. Every step of the way Diane was quick to answer any questions I had. And there were many! Overall, my experience was amazing. When the time comes to look for another vehicle I will begin my search with Diane. More
