Given misinformation When I initially called to schedule an oil change and to fix a recall, I was informed that they did not cover the first oil change. I also had my serv When I initially called to schedule an oil change and to fix a recall, I was informed that they did not cover the first oil change. I also had my service appt delayed because I specifically asked to have a Stelvio as my loaner car so I was given an appt date based on availability of a Stelvio loaner car. When I arrived for the appt, I was informed that the first oil change was covered and I was given a Cherokee as my loaner. I was not happy about receiving misinformation and about not receiving the Stelvio. I asked for the Stelvio specifically because I may want it to be my next car so I was disappointed to have received a Cherokee. I’ve had a Jeep in the past and I am not a fan of them. Overall, staff at the Ramsey service center were friendly and knowledgeable. I just wish I was given the correct information from my initial call and given the loaner car that I was promised. More
