I went from an old lease to a new lease. I have been a good customer to Rockingham Honda over the last several years; however, they did not complete the process on their end. This translates into daily ca good customer to Rockingham Honda over the last several years; however, they did not complete the process on their end. This translates into daily calls from Honda Financial Services and a hassle of time to then make the calls to get the matter resolved. Now, two payments are showing as overdue and I have the added hassle of monitoring my credit report to make sure the "missed" payments aren't reported. And if they are, Rockingham Honda will hear about it! Amber and Derrick were great at the start of the process - test drives, etc. and got me in my new vehicle in a flash! But all that goes away when follow-through is not completed and I am then getting harassed by HFS. What started off as an easy, time-sensitive process has now been made a difficult aggravating, time-consuming process. And none of this surprises me. I have had service done at RH for an oil change and afterwards had oil in my driveway. I had to go back to RH and was told that their mechanic had spilled the oil and had not cleaned it up. I had problems returning my Dad's lease after he passed away, even though HFS told me to return the vehicle there. If it seems easy getting something done, just keep in mind, things are not as easy as they seem at RH. Something else is bound to follow. Just be prepared to save extra time in your schedule. I like to be a loyal consumer and have been to them both in vehicle purchases and service work, but it seems they do not care about having my business... More

Sold a car on hold!! After a bad experience a few years ago, I decided to give them an other chance because my wife really liked a vehicle on their lot. Went in to test drive a 2017 Pilot and she loved it, unfortunately the used car appraiser was not there to look at my trade in, so the sales manager said that they would hold the vehicle till the following Tuesday so we could ngotiate and complete a deal. So today is Tuesday and I called the dealer (Sales Manager)to verify that we were meeting today at the agreed 4:00 time and he had stated that they sold the Pilot. I thought if a vehicle is on hold it's not supposed to sell!!! Once again Rockingham Honda reputation exceeds them. More

I am writing this detailed feedback about the overall experience I had with ‘Rockingham Honda’ staff and especially Mr.Sebastin Mejia Greetings !!! I am writing this detailed feedback about the overall experience I had with ‘Rockingham Honda’ staff and especially Mr.Sebastin Mejia. We made our visit to Rockingham with a mindset to look for CRV EX or EXL models during 'Thanks Giving' week , and we were routed to Mr.Sebastin by sales manager Mr.Derrick. We were put into safe hands I can state here 😊. Sebastin helped us in showing many models both in preowned and new cars, and with all patience he was answering all our questions so promptly. He made nice connect with us in understanding our choices and apprised his management on how keen we were sticking to CRV. Sebastin took this responsibility to help his ‘management and our family’ to connect closely to strike out a balance with respect to pricing. This was a game changer as we got know his sales manager Mr. Luis Mejia and we had good conversations to understand the costing factors with our deal. I was posting so many questions as I had visited many Honda showrooms and I had done my homework thoughtfully. Luis was literally determined to help us out. It was WIN-WIN situations and got the best offer as we were expecting 😊. It was late evening and all the time the entire staff was trying to help us to get the best deal for 'Thanks Giving '. Believe me, patience and perseverance were the two qualities that I liked in Rockingham Honda staff. Sebastin carries this qualities all the time :) and this is the place I will go one more time for my next car. We also had nice chat next day with their finance team member Mr.Tyler to get to know the best options about financing. Lastly, Mr.Christopher gave a detailed explanation about car features when we visited for getting final delivery on Dec-05. Outside all , Mr. Luis and Mr. Derrick are nice managers supervising such great teams in Rockingham Honda. Sebastin , you rock man !!! …I wish I do more business with this team referring my friends and colleagues …..trust me , you will get the best car of your choice. Best Regards, Shanki More
