It is mix bag. the person that I began to conversation with was condescending, dismissive, childish and did not listen to any thing I said. In the end the manager was better and reasonable. Boucher is consistent in their service, cost and timeliness. I could go elsewhere for service on my vehicle but I travel 60 plus miles because I know I can get in and out as scheduled with them. My wife and I were looking at a 2021 Genesis G70. We found it online and was able to fill out the application and submit the offer before even getting to the dealership. We set an appointment with the salesman, Mike, and he was an absolute joy to deal with. There was some downtime while the finance department put together the paperwork because we were from out of state and we were able to talk with Mike while waiting. He was incredibly nice and made the experience so much better. Everyone at this dealership was nice and helpful. The sales manager was able to work with us and get us what we wanted and the finance guy, Jake, got us all wrapped up in like 5 minutes. We absolutely love the car and everyone we dealt with at the dealership made the experience that much better. Couldn’t be happier! More
