When I initially purchased my vehicle, I was very happy with the delivery. That’s where my satisfaction ended. I had to make 2 trips to the dealer to have a tonneau cover installed. The first appointment was cancelled because the sales person never sent the paperwork to the part department to order the cover. I called when the cover was ordered to ensure the correct cover was ordered. It took the parts person 10 minutes to find the covers and finally assured me the correct cover was ordered. When I came in the second time to have the cover installed, I found they ordered and installed the wrong cover after we waited nearly 2 hours to complete a 30 minute job. I told them to remove the cover and refund the cost, which they said would take 5-7 days. Two weeks later, still no refund check. In addition, the title paperwork still hasn’t been sent to the county registry for me to register my vehicle and the temp registration expires in 2 days. I called a couple time to talk to the finance person to get both issues resolved. I left a message and never got a call back. The last time I called, I insisted to the receptionist that I talk to someone in charge. I was able to talk to the finance person who sounded sincere and promised to look into the issue as it was urgent. Once again, they never called back. I’m now considering making a trip (100 miles from where I live) to get some action. Very disappointing after sale support. If this dealership want to turn this situation around, I’m hoping to get a callback and them offer some equitable compensation for my wasted travel, time, and frustration. More

I bought a 2021 Escalade ESV. I paid full price plus a couple of extras I didn’t want. It was delivered the beginning of July by them to me in Polson. The will not answer my calls. I called Cadillac and they said they could not make them fix it. So I will have to pay. They just stiffed me. I would not trust them More

I have bought two vehicles from GMC Cadillac. Both trade in offers were fair. And I have loved both of my SUV's. From picking the vehicle, to signing the papers, everything was easy to understand.
