Wally, both Mike our service manager and myself have tried to reach you in regards your ding repair. We agreed to pay for it but have not had any success in reaching the body shop that you preferred to use there in Bigfork. We are definitely not ignoring you, we are just not having any success speaking with the shop you selected...or yourself! Call Mike Cairns or myself, we have a PO already written for this inexpensive ding.

We called both your out of state number and the bigfork body shop. Wally we want to help. On Monday call Mike Cairns or Ernie Lee and send us a picture of the bill we've been trying to get from the body shop and we will take care of it same as we said we would take care of it from the beginning.

I just left a message for Mike at 9.54 on September 7. It is not an inexpensive ding as you described it. The estimate is over $900. That is consistent with the damage.

Just sent the email below Ernie Attached is a photo of the mark on the drivers side of the Escalade. Also attached is the estimate to repair it. As I have tried to tell you it is not a minor ding. It looks like a bb hole not just a ding from hail. The dent is all the way to the metal. Please respond. Wally Loewenbaum 5124235857

They are liars . I got the repair done and emailed them the paid receipt. I asked them to send me a check but also the acknowledge the email. They did neither. On top of that I had the 2021 Escalade die on the road in rural Texas. It has about 4300 miles on it. A real disappointment. I guess the UAW/GM are building real Crap cars. But they all will be electric and you will get a refund for a UAW built piece of you know what. Really CRAP dealer and a xxx car.
