I took my Buick envision Avenir bran new 2923 with 300 miles on it to Nesmith Chevrolet in jesup Georgia because my new tires were shaking. I had two new tires with receipts that I brought with me. Ron Manning the service manager replaced the tires for me and one tire was hopping. Ron manning said he will keep the tire to see if continental would warranty the tire and if they won't I can pick the tire up and get continental to warranty the tire myself. After two weeks I heard nothing. I called the service manager Ron Manning and he told me he would look for the tire he forgot. Then said someone stole the tire. Then said it was picked up by a scape man and ground up. I asked since he lost my tire to replace my tire that I entrusted with him that he lost at Nesmith Chevrolet in jesup Georgia. Manning is the service manager. Ron ignored my request and started hiding from talking to me. I contacted the manager Mike combes and asked that Nesmith Chevrolet in jesup Georgia replace my tire they lost. Mike combes refused to replace my tire and told me to do what I think I need to do they would not replace the tire they lost. As well a rim was bad in my car. Service manager Ron manning ordered a new rim and replaced the rim telling me there was no charge that the car only has 300 miles on it and gm will warranty the rim. I left. Two weeks later Ron manning called me and wanted me to pay 300.00 as my part GM didn't pay for the rim. I said you and manager Mike Combs said I didn't owe anything and Nesmith Chevrolet has a slush fund to pay these costs in case Nesmith makes a mistake. . Ron manning was very persistent trying to get my credit card numbers. I told him I'll call later I caint afford to pay that now . Every day after that employee's of Nesmith Chevrolet called me harassing me to pay the 300.00. After Nesmith got so aggressive basically threatening me I reluctantly paid the 300.00. As I was paying after they got my credit card number they tacked on another 59.00 taking 350.00 from me. Then they went away. I contacted manager Mike Combs. He said it was supposed to be paid out of a slush fund for this purpose because I was told I didn't owe anything. But since I paid he was not refunding anything. As well Mike combs said he was not replacing my tire I have receipt of buying that only had 300 miles on it that the service manager Ron Manning Lost and then refused to ever talk to me again. So I'm out of a 250.00 tire and got harassed and threatened to pay 350.00 for a rim I was told was under warranty for. This conduct 8s not good or professional considering I'm a veteran. Of Iraq and on oxegen and have to walk with crutches. Mr. Nesmith and manager Mike combes put Thier hands on me and prayed for on me in the showroom of Nesmith Chevrolet before I bought two cars from them. Convincing me They were christians and basically manipulated me 8nto buying two cars that ended up having major problems. . I think everyone needs to know how Nesmith Chevrolet acted like Christians praying on me then I buy two cars then they swindle me harass threaten me to pay 350.00 for a rim that I was told I owed nothing and loosing my 259.00 tire then refusing to pay for my tire telling me to do what you have to do then ignoring me. I do not recommend anyone to do buisness with Nesmith Chevrolet. As well manager Mike Combs told me Mr. Nesmith was adding a extra 50,000.00 to the price of sticker on the Corvette price basically to take advantage of others because everyone else is gouging people. Seriously all this is wrong especially when the manager and owner claims to be Christians and manipulate people to buy cars by making others think they are good caring people. In toll you will get taken advantage of and ripped off doing business with Nesmith Chevrolet in jesup Georgia. I suggest going to a different dealership to do business. I was done wrong and ripped off. Lied to and my tire was lost by Nesmith that they refused to replace.
