There was a misunderstanding as to the type of tire that was installed on my vehicle. The dealership called me, and in less than six hours the situation was resolved, with a complete explanation, to my entire satisfaction. The individuals were friendly and professional throughout, and insisted on making sure that I was completely happy with the purchase.

OIL Change - None

Your Quick Oil Change and Lube manager was up front with about how lone of a wait I would have prior to getting my Tahoe in for a oil change, so I decided to wait to have it done. After about an hour into the two hour wait he informed me that he had a cancellation and would running my Tahoe in for the oil change in. I appreciate his up front honesty and that he worked to get the Tahoe in earlier. Good Job and Keep it UP. What I would like to see though is that Billion Motors would take me OFF the e-mail list for all the sales that you have going on in all the brands. If you haven't figured it out yet I keep my vehicle for a very long time in good working condition and trade them in when I am ready NOT when you want me to. So PLEASE remove my e-mail address from your SALES list. Thank You, Roger Wagner
