Drove my vehicle in with a problem at 2:30 p. m unannounced. They immediately knew the problem - it needed a water pump replacement. They gave me a ride home and 2-1/2 hours later it was fixed an m unannounced. They immediately knew the problem - it needed a water pump replacement.
