Contacting Service is almost impossible. My simple repair has been delayed indefinitely. No estimate of time or if they can repair a simple warranty issue. No call. No update. Just, We don't know if we can fix it or when. I assume because it's warranty, it feels like they are trying to manufacture a way to charge me. Bad service seems to be normalized here, The excuse given for such bad service is a half a year old. That's not a problem, that's not a bad employee, that's a choice to burn customers as a matter of course. Unprofessional dealership. Needs new management.
