I was told I had to have 2 light fixtures replaced because the bulbs were burned out and couldn’t be replaced… I was quoted $233.74 for my 3rd brake light, ( I removed the bulb the dealer said wasn because the bulbs were burned out and couldn’t be replaced… I was quoted $233.74 for my 3rd brake light, ( I removed the bulb the dealer said wasn’t able to be replaced and I got a GM replacement for $1.59 and changed it myself in a parking lot in 3 minutes with no knowledge or experience)! My fog light bulb was quoted at $421.57! (I got a GM replacement bulb for $18.45 and I changed it myself in 4 minutes with no experience)! I was lied to, to my face at the dealership stating that the bulbs can NOT be replaced and the dealerships up charge was to be roughly 600%! This is BORDERLINE CRIMINAL! I was deliberately, falsely informed in an attempt to over charge me more than 300%, even after parts and labor costs and charges! Your dealership is quickly becoming part of the problem with our economy and nobody is to blame for this but YOU, Cochran! The prices and deliberate lies need to be policed and regulated by YOU. This is 100% your responsibility to be better than this and definitely your responsibility to not screw the struggling small business owners, which are your LOCAL citizen neighbors! This is how you lose return vehicle buyers and lose word of mouth recommendations. More
