Update: so my windshield wipers were fine before my service appointment and now the driver’s side wiper is bent. Tonight was the first day it was driven since the inspection and it’s raining. I believe when the service person took it to get it washed, they forgot turn the auto wipers OFF and they came on in the car wash, which bent one of them. So now I have to get it replaced ASAP because it’s still raining. I am going to call to let them know but obviously can’t wait to have them do it, but I don’t want this to anyone else.
