If there was a way of cloning someone, the automotive industry would greatly benefit from having a "Donna Dunnivan" on every sales floor. I have always been impressed by Donna's product knowledge. She definitely knows her business and presents it in such a way that you don't feel pressured to buy but enthusiastic! Her positive attitude is contagious! The most amazing aspect of purchasing a vehicle from Donna is that it's only the beginning! She goes far beyond the criteria in sales! Donna conveys the feeling of true concern from the moment you meet her on the showroom floor, throughout the sales process, and this continues over the lifetime of your ownership of the vehicle! Donna is only a phone call away, if or when a question or problem should arise with regard to your vehicle. She always makes you feel like your situation takes precedence over anything else and that she's there to save the day! I will always purchase my vehicles from Donna and I will strongly suggest her to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Why? Because Donna stands head and shoulders above the rest! Her honesty, integrity, and product knowledge are only exceeded by the feeling she exudes that she truly cares about you and the purchase you're making. In today's busy world, this is not the norm! Horrible Service Brought a new car from this place about a month ago and I have already brought the car back for a problem with the back left tire. no call back i went into Cochran Cadillac two weeks ago. No one seemed interested in selling a car. Then I went to the Buick dealership. The salesman had the man in the shop look at my car. I gave the salesman my financial information. I then told him what Enclave I wanted to buy. I gave him my phone number and told him to call me with the numbers. I have bought several cars and trucks there in the past. No one ever bothered to call me. I waited two weeks, still no call back. So I called Kenny Ross Buick(about fifteen miles from my home) and they were happy to sell me the Enclave I wanted. I went in to trade my 08 DTS for a 13 XTS platinum and i should have walked out when they offered me HALF of what the DTS blue booked for!!!! They use a website that is allegedly KBB however, the ending value is a mere half of what KBB's regular website states. NO OTHER dealership that I have ever been to uses that site! I told them no deal and left as anyone with half a brain would! Later the same day, I found the exact same car at a dealership that was much more local to me for $12,000 less and they gave me the full KBB value for my DTS!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! More

BEWARE!!! AUTO BUTLER Customers.... #1 Cochran in Monroeville no longer has the Auto Butler automatic polishing machine!!!!!!!.... ...YET THEY CONTINUE TO SCHEDULE YOUR AUTO BUTLER AP #1 Cochran in Monroeville no longer has the Auto Butler automatic polishing machine!!!!!!!.... ...YET THEY CONTINUE TO SCHEDULE YOUR AUTO BUTLER APPOINTMENT....You show up THINKING they're reapplying the Auto Butler to your vehicle (which you have a written contract)....WRONG!!! While you are in a customer service waiting area, your car is taken to a separate location and they are HAND applying a TOTALLY DIFFERENT product to your vehicle WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE ..or permission, and passing it off as Auto Butler. This all happened to me May 1, 2015... Only after leaving their premises did I realize something was wrong. Upon self inspection of my vehicle,I suspected the auto butler was never reapplied and immediately went back to the dealership and questioned many people. That's when the afore mentioned truth came out. Needless to say I wasn't happy! Within the last month I have made MANY phone calls to Cochran... Getting the runaround each and every time.... PROMISED return calls that didn't come... Each time I tried to get in touch with Randy Irwin... He conveniently "just left".... When I mentioned never mind I'm tired of getting the runaround my next step is the attorney general...... Then suddenly He was "in a meeting" and will call you back by 8 PM " Randy Irwin did call me by 8:00. I voiced my concerns about the auto butler... How I was deceived, and how many other auto butler customers are being deceived by them. Mr. Irwin's response was...." You bought a warranty and we have the right to change the chemical anytime we want, we have that right." I told him I have a contract right in front of me for five years for the auto butler application...... They have no right to put another product on my vehicle without my permission .....He REPEATEDLY insisted, "you bought a warranty" . Randy Irwin is a very hard man to have a Conversation..... P.S... I did speak to Auto Butler's general office and they told me I bought a contract with AUTO BUTLER ...Cochran has no right to put another chemical on my vehicle. More
