Our service records show your car was in service twice for brake light issues but at no time was your brake lamp switch replaced. During your March visit, Darla informed you that replacing the brake lamp switch should resolve the issue. The headlamp assembly also needs to be replaced due to a melted connector inside the headlamp. We also do not have any history of replacing a headlamp bulb on this vehicle. The repair we performed in March was due to your “check engine” light being on, for which we replaced a fuel injector; this repair was unrelated to the issue with the brake lamps. We understand your frustration over the brake light issues and apologize for any misunderstanding you may have experienced. Darla will be in contact very shortly to see how we can quickly resolve your issues at a minimal cost to you.
