I'm surprised that there was no way to discover that the sensor needed replaced. I'm also surprised that if you know why I'm coming and what needs to be done, you can't give me a time estimate so I can determine if I'm going to wait. I also find it hard to believe that every service takes two hours minimum. Maybe you should work on reducing the service time.
