I decided to look at a suv when I brought my truck in for an inspection two weeks ago. (my wife and I did not receive a survey for that, because We have never gotten to rate james Thomas). James not only did an excellent job servicing my truck, but sold me on buying an suv. Thus, I started to look while my truck was getting inspected and met Dave. I already knew what my wife and I wanted and relayed that information to Dave. He took time to let me test drive both vehicles when I told him that I wasnot going to be able to buy that day. The best thing about both guys is that neither one was pushy and did not tell you what you need. I must say that is what I have always liked about the monroeville dealership. I called Dave back (which I liked because he was the only sales rep that communicated with me out of the three others that we worked with ( competitors). He set a side an appointment, had vehicles ready, and explained features to my wife and I. We decided on the Enclave and here is another great feature about your company. Dave came over with a price and it only took him one trip over to his manager. I always hear stories about the constant battle over negotiations with sales reps and managers. This our families secon purchase and we have had 2 minute talks about pricing. You can't beat that.
