I did not like how this salesperson “played games” with me over the price. His first offer was a “stupid offer” and insulting! He did not offer the 0% 60 months option until I brought it up. He knew what my credit score was, yet the first offer was based on a very high interest rate for someone with poor credit. The trade in value of my car was in the lower end of the range. This was done just to make me feel like I got a “good deal” when he came back with the second offer, which was still off base. It took 5 rounds before we came to a price. The games they play makes me feel like they are trying to rip me off. I know they want to maximize profits but you have to be real about the price. This salesperson talked down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. This could have been a very easy transaction, I knew exactly which car I wanted and I was ready to buy so why did they think they had to play games and keep me there for almost 5 hours! I’m glad I only buy a car every 5 or 6 years! I love the car it is exactly what I wanted but the buying experience dampens my enthusiasm for it. More

I've been dealing with service ever since I bought my car (1 1/2 years) and they are filthy downright liars, and I have it on tape. I've had to hire a lemon-law attorney and sue them. I've also started getting my service at another dealership that can be trusted. Countless experiences of phone calls not being answered or returned, misinformation, lying, manipulation of the GM system, and misinformation. For example: the 27 point safety inspection/fluid top off that one is supposed to receive with an oil change: its all hype. After my oil change, I had to come home and fill my own fluids. I also took it to my hometown mechanic for a trustworthy, pre-vacation road trip inspection. They should not be trusted. I will never buy anything from them, including service, ever again: and neither will anyone I know. I am currently pursuing a lawsuit under the Lemon law/Breach of Warranty Act... it has been over a year since this began so unless you want to dedicate countless hours driving back and forth to #1 Ripoff, and have to sue them, don't deal with these scoundrals. One of my fellow members of the Boy Scouts of America Used to work for them, and he has indicated they are not to be trusted (he is a former employeea, an eagle scout, and and outstanding, upstanding member of the community). I purchased my Saturn new from Cochran in 1998. As the Saturn line has now been discontinued, it is fortuitous that some of the technicians familiar with Saturns have remained at #1 Cochran. Having tried other shops for service, I always return to #1 Cochran Monroeville even though it is a distance to travel. NO ONE ELSE can take care of Saturns the way they can! My preferred Service Consultant, John Salmon, is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I feel he is a trusted advisor in the care of my car. The prices are what they are (of course, I wish they were cheaper) and I am happy that needed parts can be easily and quickly had from Robinson or elsewhere. More
This visit was for the Auto Butler service purchased with my new car. The outside of the vehicle was sparkling as were the tires that were dressed. Unfortunately, there were some areas on the inside of the my new car. The outside of the vehicle was sparkling as were the tires that were dressed. Unfortunately, there were some areas on the inside of the car that were not cleaned (cupholder and around the radio). I do not recommend the Auto Butler service as it was billed as a detailing service and really is just a protection on the outside of the vehicle. Furthermore,the vehicle has to come in with any residue, i.e. bug marks etc, removed. Aside from this, the vehicle was completed when promised, I was treated professionally and would commend Connor and individual who cleaned the car (John?). More
