Our 2002 Silhouette minivan was inspected on March 26th. Both front sway bar links were replaced because the upper bushings were severely rotted. They also did a multi-point inspection, rotated the tires and checked the tire condition. The state inspection and emissions inspection were completed. We were also advised that the vehicle is approaching the point of diminishing returns--in other words when things go wrong it will not be worth putting much money in this 10 year old vehicle with 160,000 miles on the odometer. We believe this is a very honest assessment of our vehicle's condition. It has been serviced (except for a couple of times when we were on extended vacations in Florida) by #1 Cochran from whom we purchased the vehicle new. Cochran also did some minor collision repair on this vehicle. We have been very pleased with all of our contacts with Cochran and with the service that we have received. We also have a 2011 GMC Terrain purchased from Cochran. We believe that #1Cochran and its employees are very competent, honest and fair. I would recommend #1Cochran to anyone. More

They are thorough and complete. James Thomas is always willing to answer any questions. Every staff person I have had contact with has always been friendly and never abrupt or too busy to answer any ques willing to answer any questions. They are efficient as I always wait for my vehicle but I have never had to wait for hours. Depending the service the most I have waited for my car one and half hours. The waiting area is conducive for reading or just relaxing. The area also provides connection for laptop computer if needed. James Thomas always makes me feel that he is looking for my best interest not to sell service I do not need. More

We made our first trip to #1 Cochran in Monroeville, PA 3 years ago and dealt with Vince Palmieri. Having not bought that many new vehicles in the past, we were told by others to be firm and stand our groun years ago and dealt with Vince Palmieri. Having not bought that many new vehicles in the past, we were told by others to be firm and stand our ground with the salesman. All that went out the window when we met Vince. He is genuine, courteous and was upfront about everything. We liked and respected his honesty so much, that we recently returned and traded for another new vehicle. I have had good experiences in the service end from #1 Cochran as well. Thanks to #1 Cochran and especially Vince Palmieri, for making a new vehicle purchase an enjoyable experience....the way it should be! More
We are a 1-car family and only have service appts for certain problems during the week is difficult. Would be nice if a loner program was available, or Saturday appts for such services.. Pretty good experience. Kept informed by salesperson, Jim Powers. However, the finance person that took payment check did not introduce himself. Believe he may have been stressed out. In the past, when I purchased a car from other dealerships, someone would go over the highlights of the car. This was a pre-owned car. Maybe that is only done when new cars are purchased. A tire was slit on car and salesperson took care of it right away. Was assured that new tire would be ordered and I would be notified when tire came in. My overall experience was good. I would definitely recommend #1 Cochran to any one in the market to purchase a car. More
