My experience at #1 Cochran was delightful! I felt like a priority right from the start. Everyone there was very helpful and polite.. I appreciate the hard work and dedication they provided.. My experience with #1 Cochran prior to this new car purchase has been strictly with their service department, which has always been excellent. He was extremely helpful, but not overbearing, he made suggestions, but didn’t talk down to me, definitely someone you should talk to if you are buying a new car from Cochran. I am usually pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features, and at many dealerships they try to show you some of the features or even explain things wrong, this did not happen at Cochran. I explained that I knew how to use most of the features and if I had a question I would ask, Dave was really respectful of the fact that I was familiar with a lot of the vehicle’s features. I would not hesitate to return for a new or certified used car purchase in the future! More

Ryan was very professional and informative. He called me with prices and let me know about some concerns he had with my car. He was able to fix some of my issues at no cost to me but as part of customer ca with prices and let me know about some concerns he had with my car. He was able to fix some of my issues at no cost to me but as part of customer care. And was able to fix another problem for a lesser price (which I really appreciated!) 1) Customer Service. could of used an update on the car from service work done, then onto Car Butler. 2) Quality of Work. EVERY 6 months in for Car Butler AND EVERY 6 months something major has to be re from service work done, then onto Car Butler. 2) Quality of Work. Got a few calls from Chris on the progress of the car & if I wantd to UP-GRADE to a detail job on inside of car.. 4) Overall Experience. Can't wait for the next 6 month experience. 5) Price.. Car Butler{semi-detail}job, free.. Front-end of the car $50.oo (only because of $50 deductable warrenty) otherwise $100s. Scary when the warrenty ends.. More

This was my first car buying experience and I had done some shopping around and looked at another dealership and at another car, but was not thrilled with my experience nor the price of the vehicle. I found myself on later that same day and found a really great deal on a used 2011 Chevy Malibu at #1 Cochran Monroeville. I decided to take a short ride up to see the car and try to get some finance questions answered. When I arrived I walked into the Certified Pre-Owned Building and was greeted kindly by Bob, coincidentally my name is Bob also. Bob asked what had brought me in and I showed him the print out of the Malibu and he promptly got the keys took me to the car and began letting me see the car. We then took a test drive in which Bob answered all my question and never made me feel as though he was trying to sell me the car unlike my test drive earlier at another dealership. When we got back from the test drive we went inside and began running some numbers and he gave me a rough idea of what the monthly payments would be. I asked to fill out a credit app, but unfortunately could not get a final answer, by then the banks were closed. Bob informed me he would contact me the next day with all the finance information and he came through. The financing was excellent and had Bob hold the car. Sure enough when I went to do the paper work and get the car on Friday, it was a breeze. I sat with Larry and he worked through all the paper work in about 25 minutes after which I met up with Bob and he proceeded to turn the keys over to me. Overall a great experience far exceeded what I expected given my experience at the previous dealership. More
