I Made a Monday appointment on a Friday in my truck sat there for three days before they even looked at it. It made no difference to me when they told me that they had all their racks tied up and their people didn’t show up to work… I keep my appointment promises with my customers!!!! The diagnosis of my truck problems could’ve been made on Monday and I would’ve been OK with that. Instead, I had to hound them every day to get an answer. More
