Timely, but expensive. I was told it'd be $973 for the repair, was disappointed to be charged far more due to the diagnostic charge. That's a lot for a simple OBD read from the cars computer. Also the key drop is poorly located. I wasn't sure we're to leave the car on dropoff. Better signage is needed. More

My recent purchase from Cochran Buick was by far the best auto buying experience I’ve ever had! They made making a huge purchase less stressful and a seamless experience. There was no pressure to buy now and they accommodated my timeline. I wasn’t trading in my original vehicle which made getting the car home a bit difficult. They made accommodations to pick me up on the day of delivery so I didn’t have to worry about how I would get there, or spending additional money on an Uber. The delivery was on-point with providing details for how to use the features available on my new car. I highly recommend Cochran Buick, a name that’s been around for a while, and represents high quality sales and service. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Cochran Buick of Robinson.
