#1 Cochran Buick GMC Robinson

We were out looking for a car to replace an expiring lease we have from another dealer. Stopped at #1 Cochran to look and were greeted by Steve within a few short moments. Steve was very cordial and was very helpful in answering our questions about the 3 main Buick models. After hearing what Steve had to say, we focused on the Buick Verano as it seemed to offer what we were looking for in a luxury automobile. Steve was again very knowledgeable on all the models and really helped in our understanding of the differences between the models. We ended up taking the Verano out for a test drive while again Steve continued to point out the features of the Verano. Back at the showroom Steve asked if we liked the car and if we were interested in the Verano. We were very interested and went inside the showroom where we had seen another Verano with a totally different color (Mocha Bronze Metallic) that we liked very much. Steve wanted to go over this car with us to be sure it had the same features as the one we test drove and it did. At that point, we talked a bit with Steve, who made us feel very comfortable, about leasing versus buying. Steve offered us some coffee and/or water which we took him up on. We decided on the lease and told Steve we could put money down and wanted to know what the monthly cost and overall cost of the lease would be. Steve left and came back a short time later with the results which we were extremely happy with. Steve made our decision to lease the new Buick very easy. We are very happy with #1 Cochrane and Steve. The timed we spent there was well worth it as we ended up with a great deal and a great automobile. Thanks Steve and #1 Cochrane. Your the best!!!! I am single mom of two young children that are active in sports and I really need a SUV to tranport all of their equiptment and friends,so I contacted Alan Etkins to lease a Nissan Pathfinder. I have been a long time customer of Alan Etkins, of West Hills Nissan. He has always been extremely professional and honest. For instance, I have been wanting to lease a Pathfinder, but at the time it was not in my financial budget. Alan tried every way possible to try and fit the payment in, but I am not able to. Alan said, "Do you really want that car payment that will make you restrict you doing other things and have you thought about the money with gas?" I think that says a lot about Alan Etkins and that is why I have been Alan's customer for nearly 8 yrs. I was currently in a Rav4 lease & was over my miles which in return I NEEDED to get out of the lease before it expired in May 2013. While I was talking with Alan I went to GMC in Robinson and that is where I met Dave Bissert and Pat McKitrick. While talking with those two Dave is good friends with Alan, so Dave contacted Alan the same day as my visit and they all worked together to help me. What I DID NOT realize all #1 Cochran employess can travel to other dealerships and sell other make/model cars. So Alan was communicating with me via phone about the offer and I told him I need to test drive it first. ALAN MET ME AT GMC DEALERSHIP JUST TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR. After the test drive I decided to lease the GMC Terrain. I met with Dale Taylor and told him I would like a different color and he said no problem pick a color out & I will get it for you! On 1/12/2013 @ 9:30am I met Alan and Pat and Oak Moser @ the dealership to sign the paper work. Pat was wonderful. Very well spoken and calm. He answered all my questions and went over all of the feature with me. He and Alan told me if I ever have any questions I can always them. Oak was very friendly as well. The car was ready, cleaned and a full tank of gas; Pat told me he & Dave worked everything out the night before to ensure my transaction was smooth. My time at the dealership was a total of one hour.I wll always be a Cochran customer & will continue to refer all my friends and family. I look forward to my next Cochran purchase!! More
