Mrs. Drew, We understand your disappointment if your vehicle maintenance is more than you anticipated, and we’re sorry you’re unhappy. Our records indicate your bill was $1,150 for four new tires (including installation/aligning), an oil change and resurfacing of the front brake rotors. Your pre-owned Acadia did not have brand new tires at time of purchase as those on the vehicle met GM Certification standards. Our records indicate your vehicle has been driven 9,000 miles since time of purchase; considering Pittsburgh’s weather and terrain, this timeframe for replacing pre-owned tires is reasonable.
