Service is fairly good at this dealership and the service advisor that I work with is very responsible and knowledgeable and will work with customers, but the wait time for service completion on certain jobs advisor that I work with is very responsible and knowledgeable and will work with customers, but the wait time for service completion on certain jobs can be extremely long. It took 2 1/2 hours to change front differential oil on my truck. The original estimate was supposed to be approximately one hour. I arrived on time for a service appointment and thought I was gonna be out within an hour an hour and 15 minutes, but that was not true. There was additional hour and a half up on top of it. I have to wait for a complete service on my truck. Very disappointing !!! More

They witnessed the engine burning through oil and overheating multiple times. Completed oil consumption test proving the issues over numerous months and visits. They replaced oil with thicker oil but engine still burning oil and more mpg has decreased by over 3mpg. By the way this is a brand new vehicle that they sold with known engine issues and did not disclose. More

05/25 we purchased from Cochran Robinson for the 1st time because they had the car we were looking for. Sadly 5 months later we’ve repeatedly left messages to sales and service depts. and cannot get a ca because they had the car we were looking for. We still need blackout emblems already paid for, and an appointment to have a malfunctioning sunroof fixed that’s stuck in the open position. Wanted to also purchase cross-rail add-ons and still waiting for a quote — you’d think they’d like to make more money? Deplorable customer relations. We can’t even drive this car safely with a stuck sunroof. So upset More
