Still dissatisfied over the wait time for this oil change on front differential for 2015 Chevy Colorado...original estimate waiting time by dealership was 1hr. It took 2 1/2 hours. No reason was given to me about long wait time. Inexcusable !!! I would like to discuss this issue with the Executive @ #1 Cochran. They have my information in their database, since I have been a customer for 10 yrs.
