Well yes it has been but that was after the fact that we had to contact corporate the get the issues resolved. Someone should really teach your advisor "Don Seaton" how to talk to people and not be sleeping at his desk when you walk in, in the morning to drop your car off. My dad has been a service manager at a dealership for over 35 years and I was appalled how this were handled, and I know how it all works. Not really sure if I will be back at your dealership.
