Hi Leslie- Thank you for your understanding. It's probably a good idea to start with reimbursing me the $49.95 that I paid for the labor on my truck. I read over the invoice and in big capital letters it says "Your COMPLETE SATISFACTION is our goal". With that said I am going to leave this situation up to #1 cochran on how to gain my trust back and provide that complete satisfaction which per the invoice is #1 cochrans goal. I do want you to know that Don was nice to work with when speaking with him on the phone. Please know that this isn't about Don but with your service technician. I forgot to mention in my review that this same service technician who claimed my ball joints needed replaced also missed the leak in my exhaust manifold. I do want to thank you again for your response as you were the only one Leslie to take a minute to address my concerns. Take Care, Wendy
