Vince was helpful but I needed to prove there was an issue with my Yukon. I had to return my Yukon a second time when the weather was cold so the problem could be identified. I made my service appointment online for a windshield washer that stopped working. I checked the box to have a service advisor call me. Don called me back and he told me it would be about $100 for the re washer that stopped working. I checked the box to have a service advisor call me. Don called me back and he told me it would be about $100 for the repair. After I dropped my car off, another person in the service department called me and told mt the cost would be $229, more than double what I was originally told. When I questioned why It was more than I was told by Don, he said there was a "diagnostic charge" of $89. That was the 1st time I was told of this charge. When I began to question this charge, this person said I could leave my car until the next day until Don returned to work. When I told him that I can't do that, he said he would have his manager call me then he hung up on me. I tried calling back to speak with the service manager but had a hard time reaching him, at one point speaking to someone at a totally different location. When I finally reached the service manager, he reluctantly agreed to waive the "diagnostic charge", and the charge ended up being about $100. I guess I learned bigger is not better. I will never go back. More

Todd and Jason were both pleasant and professional. I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for and it was refreshing to not have different cars suggested over my preference. Todd worked quickly and efficiently, from the moment I arrived, through the test drive and sale, to the moment I left. I never felt pressured, which is important as a single woman going car shopping alone. Jason helped secure financing with a preferable lender, saving me money as a result. I actually went to the Pre-Auction Lot #1 in Robinson. I bought a pre-owned Chevy Tracker. Though it was not from their Buick GMC lot, when I encountered mechanical trouble with the Chevy, I received SUPERB service and a rapid response. I will never forget the remarkable level of customer service given and I would recommend any of #1 Cochran's locations to my friends. More

I gave this rating because everyone was nice at the dealership. However on my way to work from the dealership I noticed that my hood was bouncing up and down. I had to pull over and close it complete dealership. However on my way to work from the dealership I noticed that my hood was bouncing up and down. I had to pull over and close it completely, I am lucky it didnt fly up and take out my windshield. I also had visited the dealership to stop my rear brakes from locking up and making noise. This was billed at 112.00 and it still makes noise and locks up. Yesterday I went to change my front brakes because they told me they needed changed. I took my wheel cover and one of my LUG NUTS was busted off. A couple months before this I had my evap system serviced and the cover to my carborator was not put back on as well. More

On October 9th, I took my 2011 Honda Accord to Cochran of Robinson to have the brakes resurfaced. I used to always drive Pontiacs and always took them to Don Seaton for service. When Pontiacs were disconti Robinson to have the brakes resurfaced. I used to always drive Pontiacs and always took them to Don Seaton for service. When Pontiacs were discontinued, I switched over to Honda. I trust Don with the repairs on all my cars and I knew he would take care of checking over my Honda also. (I originally took my Honda back South Hills Honda where it was purchased, but received very bad service.) Don is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and calls to tell me exactly what is wrong with my car and what exactly it needs to be fixed properly, including how much it will cost for the repair. He has never steered me wrong. He was one of the reasons why I always purchased Pontiacs in the first place. Thanks Don - you are the best! Jan Lininger More
